Summertime Rotating Menus – 6 weeks of menus and shopping lists that are filled with delicious meals that are fit for summer. Menus include salad recipes, quick meals, family meals, grilling meals and more.
Here’s what the Week 1 summertime meal plan looks like:
Rotating menu plans are a must-have, especially during the summer months. Creating a new and fresh menu every week can be very time consuming, so we’ve done the work for you. We have created 6-weeks of menus and shopping lists that are filled with a variety of summertime favorites. The best part about these meal plans is that they can be rotated throughout the summer, saving you time for what is really important.
Summertime Rotating Menu Plan
Monday – Spinach and Cheese Frittata served with buttered toast and orange slices. This meal will easily feed 4 adults, any leftovers can be refrigerated and served for breakfast the next morning.
Tuesday – Grilled Chicken Cobb Salad from Cafe Delites. This recipe will generously serve 4.
Wednesday – Hot Dogs served with baked beans and potato chips. What is summer without grilling some hot dogs?
Thursday – Slow Cooker Pulled Pork Sandwiches served with coleslaw and baked beans. This recipe makes enough for two meals. Refrigerate the leftovers and serve for Saturday’s dinner.
Friday – Fish Tacos served with Spanish rice. To avoid having any leftovers cut the fish taco recipe in half. Normally the recipe serves 8.
Saturday – Serve the leftover pulled pork, coleslaw and baked beans from Thursday’s dinner.
Sunday – Oven Roasted Chicken served with mashed potatoes, corn, biscuits and for dessert a refreshing fruit pizza. To avoid waste cut the fruit pizza recipe in half.
