Spending some time meal planning can make your life so much easier. It’ll save you time and money, improve your nutrition, it’ll make cooking more manageable and it will give you more control over what you put on the table.
To make life a little easier and more affordable, we’ve done the meal planning for you. Our meal plans include a week’s worth of dinners, with Sunday dinner being the biggest meal of the week. Breakfast and lunches we’ve left up to you. In our home, they are no-fuss meals; cereal, eggs & toast, sandwiches, leftovers.
This meal plan will feed a family of four, two adults and two teenage boys. It will also feed two adults and 3-4 young children. Many of the meals that are included are budget-friendly to begin with, however, we do offer helpful tips to help you reduce the grocery bill even further.
