This week’s menu has been put together with care to give you plenty of variety. Each recipe is perfect for the summertime, ensuring your meals are light, fresh, and full of flavor. SEASONAL ROTATING MEAL PLAN FOR SUMMER – WEEK 4

Week 4’s menu is packed with a delicious selection of dishes to satisfy every craving. From a hearty meatless meal to a refreshing salad, an easy Instant Pot creation, delicious sandwiches, flavorful fish, and tasty grilled burgers, there’s something for everyone this week. To make your grocery shopping a breeze, the included shopping list is conveniently organized by department. This makes it simple to navigate the store and gather all the ingredients you need for a week of enjoyable meals.

WEEK 4 SUMMER MEAL PLAN

MONDAY – CHEESE OMELET

Indulge in a delightful meatless meal with our Baked Cheese Omelet paired with 2-Ingredient Flatbread! This dinner is perfect for our summer menu because it’s light, flavorful, and easy to prepare.
