Quick & Easy Enchilada Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 cans 8 ounces tomato sauce
- 3 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a saucepan, bring to a slow boil, then simmer and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

I noticed for your BB wet burrito recipe you use 20 oz of enchilada sauce, so should I make extra if this for the recipe? I don’t want to throw off the enchilada sauce / gravy balance.

You shouldn’t have to throw any away, the burritos should be swimming in the enchilada/gravy sauce.
