Pressure Cooker Balsamic Boneless Pork Chops

- 2½ pork chops, boneless
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- Mix together sugar, paprika, salt and garlic powder. Coat chops in mixture, sear in pressure cooker 2 minutes each side. Remove chops, stir in stock and vinegar.
- Set to meat setting for 15 minutes. Let pressure release naturally.
