Pressure Cooker Balsamic Tenderloin Chops

Pressure Cooker Balsamic Boneless Pork Chops

  • 2 1/2 pork chops (boneless)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  1. Mix together sugar, paprika, salt and garlic powder. Coat chops in mixture, sear in pressure cooker 2 minutes each side. Remove chops, stir in stock and vinegar.
  2. Set to meat setting for 15 minutes. Let pressure release naturally.
