Kielbasa and Fried Potatoes
Servings: 4 servings
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 pounds potatoes cubed
- salt and pepper
- 1 rope of kielbasa sliced
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil. Add potatoes, kielbasa and season with salt and pepper. Cook 4-5 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown and crusty, flip and cook an additional 4-5 minutes.
