creative musterChicken of The Woods Mushroom Fritters from Food Nutters
These crispy chicken of the woods mushroom fritters fry up crunchy on the outside and juicy, meaty, and garlicky inside. The secret is dry bread soaked in milk, an old-school trick that keeps them moist and full of flavor. Ready in about an hour. Oh, and good luck stopping at one.

Fluster Buster Tip

Garlic tea is a traditional cold remedy, though evidence that it eases symptoms or speeds recovery is limited. Mince a clove, steep in hot water for five minutes, strain, and drink for a warming beverage.

Aww, what a nice surprise 🙂 Thank you so much for the feature! I really hope you’ll try these fritters next time you stumble upon some chicken of the woods. I actually gave a whole plate to my neighbors because I ended up with way too many after testing the recipe three times. And guess what? They’re still alive, and they said they were great 🙂

The chicken of the woods mushroom fritters from Food Nutters are such an unusual feature to open a link party with. Creative Muster always seems to bring together a really mixed set of family-friendly ideas each week. I help make Voxalike, a party game about voices and performing scenes with friends, and I like how link parties help small bloggers find each other.
