Teriyaki Sauce
Servings: 1 1/2 cups
Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 5 tablespoons brown sugar packed
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 cup cold water
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, over medium heat, combing water, sugar, soy sauce, honey, garlic and ginger.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the cornstarch and cold water.
- Add the cornstarch mixture to the pan, heat until it reaches desired thickness.
