Teriyaki Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 5 tablespoons brown sugar packed
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup cold water

Instructions

  • In a medium saucepan, over medium heat, combing water, sugar, soy sauce, honey, garlic and ginger.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the cornstarch and cold water.
  • Add the cornstarch mixture to the pan, heat until it reaches desired thickness.
