Philly Cheese Bread. Seasoned ground beef, topped with provolone cheese and wrapped in pizza dough. This delicious, simple, inexpensive and fun way to serve Philly cheese steak always has the kids asking for more. #MommyMeals
If you have picky eaters you understand the frustration when it comes to making dinner. You have a choice between making something that you know they’ll like or making something that you know is good for them. If you’ve had a hard day, making something that they like sure has its benefits, a peaceful meal, that gets you away from the table quickly. However, make something that they don’t like and your day feels like it will never end.
I never know what my week is going to be like, so on Sunday when I’m planning the menu, I fill the weekdays with simple recipes that I know that the kids will like and will avoid table tantrums.
One of their favorites is this Philly Cheese Bread, I think it has to do with the cheese and the pizza crust, because what kid doesn’t like pizza. I like it because, it’s pretty simple to make, it avoids table tantrums and if I serve it with some fruit and vegetables I know that they are getting a pretty healthy meal. Win, Win for a tired mom!

When you say “steak sauce” what do you mean? Is this A-1? or worcestershire?
Robin says
I like to use A-1, but Heinz 57 works too.
