The Muesli Formula

Ingredients

  • 4 parts grain
  • 1 part nuts
  • 1 part seeds
  • 1 part dried fruit

Instructions

  • Mix everything together and store in an air tight container.

Notes

Rolled Grains - oats, barley, spelt, rye,rice, etc.
Nuts (chopped)- almonds, walnuts, pecans, pistachio, macadamia, peanuts, etc.
Seeds - sunflower seeds, pepitas, chia, flax, hemp, sesame, poppy, etc.
Dried Fruit - raisins, cranberries, cherries, blueberries, apricots, dates, coconut, etc.
