Garlic Sesame Rice Noodles
This simple side dish is a delicious addition to any Asian meal.

Ingredients
- 8 ounces rice noodles
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce adjust to taste
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
- green onion sliced for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the Noodles: Prepare the rice noodles according to package instructions (usually soaking in hot water until tender), then drain and set aside.
- Prepare the Sauce: In a large skillet or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute, until fragrant but not browned.
- Combine: Add the cooked rice noodles to the skillet, then pour in the soy sauce. Toss everything together until the noodles are evenly coated.
