Ingredients

  • 8 ounces rice noodles
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce adjust to taste
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
  • green onion sliced for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Cook the Noodles: Prepare the rice noodles according to package instructions (usually soaking in hot water until tender), then drain and set aside.
  • Prepare the Sauce: In a large skillet or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute, until fragrant but not browned.
  • Combine: Add the cooked rice noodles to the skillet, then pour in the soy sauce. Toss everything together until the noodles are evenly coated.
  • Finish: Sprinkle with sesame seeds and garnish with sliced green onions if desired. Serve warm
