Classic Meatloaf
This classic savory meatloaf recipe contains, ground beef, spices, and a handful of common ingredients, along with a bit of love.

Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 2/3 cup ketchup
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1/2 medium onion diced
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 sleeve saltine crackers crushed
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a small bowl, beat the eggs. Stir in the ketchup, salt and pepper.
- In a large bowl, add the ground beef, onion, cheese, crackers, and egg mixture. Work the ingredients together until well combined. Place in a loaf pan, top with ketchup (optional).
- Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and let sit 5 minutes before serving.
