Low Carb Meatloaf
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 pound ground pork
- 3.25 ounces pork rinds (ground)
- 1 large egg
- ⅓ cup ketchup
- 1 small onion (diced)
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- salt & pepper
- 2 tablespoons parsely
Mix all ingredients together, form into 4 loaves, bake on a lined baking sheet 350 for 45 minutes
