Low Carb Meatloaf

Low Carb Meatloaf

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 3.25 ounces pork rinds (ground)
  • 1 large egg
  • ⅓ cup ketchup
  • 1 small onion (diced)
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt & pepper
  • 2 tablespoons parsely
  1. Mix all ingredients together, form into 4 loaves, bake on a lined baking sheet 350 for 45 minutes
