Baked Citrus Ginger Tilapia – This is an easy dish that can be served in less than 30 minutes. The fish is light and flaky and gets a boost of flavor from the fresh citrus and ginger.
I don’t know if I’ve said this before, but tilapia is one of my favorites. It doesn’t have a strong fishy smell, it’s easy to cook and best of all it is extremely affordable.
Because tilapia is so affordable I’m always looking for new ways to prepare it. I had some oranges that I had picked up earlier in the week, they were on sale, and I thought that they would go great with tilapia and wow did they ever. The fish got such a nice boost of flavor that even the kids enjoyed it.
