Easy Crockpot Pork Chops & Pears. This recipe is good anytime of the year, but it always makes me think of Autumn. The pork is cooked slowly in pear juice, which gives it a slightly sweet flavor. Crock Pot Pork Chops & Pears

This
recipe is good anytime of the year, but whenever I eat it I always think of
Autumn. The pork is cooked slowly in pear juice, which gives it a slightly
sweet flavor. It’s an unforgettable dish that’s easy to make and you’ll
find yourself making often.
Menu – Serves 4
Parmesan
Buttered Noodles
Southern Green Beans
1 medium
1 can
1 ½ pounds
onion
(12 oz) pears, in heavy syrup
pork loin chops (1 inch thick)
4 – 8 hours before serving:
In the
crock pot, add onion and juice from the pears. Place pork chops in cooker.
Cook on high for 4-6 hours or low for 6-8 hours.
30 minutes before serving:
Add
pears to the crock pot.
1 package
2 slices
1 can
(8 oz) egg noodles, medium
bacon
(15 oz) green beans, drained
15 minutes before serving:
Cook
noodles according to package directions.
In a
small sauce pan, brown bacon. Remove bacon and break into small pieces. Add
green beans to the pan and coat with the bacon grease. Cook over
medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes. Stir in the bacon before serving.

butter
parmesan cheese
garlic
salt & pepper (to taste)
Drain
noodles. Toss with butter, cheese, garlic and salt.
