Protein: ~48g | Carbs: ~4g

  • Ingredients: 6 oz ground beef, 2 eggs, ¼ cup shredded cheese, salt, pepper, 2 tbsp salsa, 1/4 avocado
  • Instructions:
    1. Brown beef in a skillet.
    2. Scramble in eggs and add cheese, salsa & avocado
