- Ingredients: 8 oz tilapia, 1 tsp Cajun seasoning, 2 tbsp butter, 1 clove garlic (minced),1 cup green beans.
- Instructions:
- Season tilapia and pan-sear in 1 tbsp butter for 3-4 min per side.
- Sauté green beans in garlic and butter and serve with fish.
