High Protein Cajun Tilapia with Garlic Green beans

Protein: ~40g | Carbs: ~5g

  • Ingredients: 8 oz tilapia, 1 tsp Cajun seasoning, 2 tbsp butter, 1 clove garlic (minced),1 cup green beans.
  • Instructions:
    1. Season tilapia and pan-sear in 1 tbsp butter for 3-4 min per side.
    2. Sauté green beans in garlic and butter and serve with fish.
