Ingredients

  • 12 hard-boiled eggs shells removed
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Siracha or Tabasco
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • salt to taste
  • ½ tsp black pepper freshly ground
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • paprika for garnish

Instructions

  • Halve the Hard-Boiled Eggs: Slice eggs in half lengthwise. This will expose the yolks for easy removal.
  • Remove and Mash the Yolks: Gently take out the yolks and place them into a bowl. Use a fork to mash them until they’re smooth.
  • Mix Ingredients: To the mashed yolks, add mustard, Sriracha, onion powder, salt, pepper, mayonnaise, and sour cream. Stir everything together until it’s well combined and creamy.
  • Fill the Egg Whites: Using a spoon, carefully fill each egg white half with about 1½ teaspoons of the yolk mixture. Aim for a neat, rounded top that fits nicely within the cavity.
  • Garnish with Paprika: For the final touch, lightly sprinkle paprika over the filled eggs. This not only adds a hint of flavor but also makes them look more appealing.
