Ingredients

  • 12 hard-boiled eggs coarsley chopped
  • 2 stalks celery diced
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarse black pepper
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 12 slices bread

Instructions

  • Chop: Peel the eggs, then chop them into small pieces.
  • Mix Ingredients: Place the chopped eggs in a bowl. Add the celery, onions, celery seed, dry mustard, paprika, salt, and black pepper, and mix well.
  • Fold In: Add mayonnaise to the egg mixture, and gently fold it in until it is well combined.
