Chicken Rice
Servings: 4 servings
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon garlic minced
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 2 cups white rice
- 3 cups water
- 3 chicken bouillon cubs
Instructions
- In a saucepan, melt butter. Add garlic and thyme, saute for 2-3 minutes.
- Add rice, stirring to coat in butter,
- Slowly add water and bouillon, bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cover for 15-18 minutes or until rice is tender.
