Ingredients

  • 2 quarts water
  • 1-2 cinnamon sticks
  • sugar or honey (optional)

Instructions

  • Place the cinnamon stick(s) and water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and allow it to boil for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat, and let steep for 10-15 minutes. Add sweetener, stirring until dissolved. Serve hot or pour over ice.
