Ingredients

  • 1 can yellow sweet corn drained
  • 1 can white sweet corn drained
  • 4 stalks celery diced
  • 1 bunch green onions diced
  • 4 slices bacon cooked & crumbled
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp sugar

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, milk, and sugar until smooth and creamy. Stir until the sugar is fully dissolved.
  • In a large bowl, combine corn, onion, celery, and bacon. Mix well to ensure even distribution.
