Air Fryer Raspberry French Toast Pockets

A warm, crispy sandwich filled with sweet raspberry jam and creamy cheese. Dipped in an egg mixture and air-fried to golden perfection, it’s an easy, delicious treat for breakfast or a snack!

Ingredients

  • 2 slices soft bread
  • 1 tablespoon raspberry jam
  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese softened
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon milk

Instructions

  • Place a tablespoon of raspberry jam in the center of a piece of bread and a tablespoon of cream cheese in the center of another piece. Spread the jam and cream cheese, but not all the way to the edges.
  • Place the jam and cream cheese slices together and seal using a sandwich sealer. *The sandwich sealer will remove the crusts while sealing the bread together.
  • In a shallow dish, whisk together the egg and milk.
  • Preheat air fryer to 380°F for 2 minutes.
  • Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray. Dip sealed sandwich into egg mixture, place in air fryer and cook 5 minutes at 380°F, flip sandwich over and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
