- 2 sheets 1 pound Pepperidge Farm Puff Pastry
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 cup caramel sauce
Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 2 minutes.
Thaw the puff pastry at room temperature for a few minutes or until it can easily unfold.
While the pastry is thawing, combine the cinnamon and sugar in a medium bowl.
Using a sharp knife, cut the pastry into equal size squares (6 rows, 6 columns).
Place the pastry squares into the preheated air fryer basket, avoid the squares from touching or overlapping.
Cook at 400°F for 6 minutes. After 3 minutes remove the air fryer basket and give it a gentle shake, this will help the pastry to evenly brown. Repeat every minute until the pastry is golden brown.
Immediately place the pastry in the cinnamon sugar, gently toss until the pastry is completely coated.
