Ingredients

  • 1 bunch Kale cleaned and dried
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 275 degrees. Remove the ribs from the kale and
  • cut into 1 ½-inch pieces. Toss with olive oil and salt. Place on a baking sheet
  • and bake for 15 minutes, turning once. Bake until crisp.
