Apple Pie Filling

peeled, cored and sliced

juice and zest
Crispy Topping

all-purpose flour
1/2
cup
granulated sugar

tablespoons
butter
cut into small pieces

cup
rolled oats
1/4
cup
pecans
chopped
1/2
teaspoon
ground cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450°.
In a small bowl, mix together, sugar, flour, cinnamon and nutmeg.
In a large bowl, toss the apples with lemon juice, then add the sugar mixture and coat the apples.
Pour the apple mixture into a dough lined pie dish. See

Top with Crispy Topping.
Bake for 45 minutes. Let rest for 20 minutes. before slicing.
