- 1 14.75 ounce canned salmon (drained)
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
- 1/2 onion chopped
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
In a mixing bowl, combine salmon, egg, mustard, onion and bread crumbs. For into 4 equal size patties.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat, cook patties for 3-4 minutes per side or until browned
