Ingredients

  • 1 14.75 ounce canned salmon (drained)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
  • 1/2 onion chopped
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine salmon, egg, mustard, onion and bread crumbs. For into 4 equal size patties.
  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat, cook patties for 3-4 minutes per side or until browned
