Polish Roses

Ingredients

  • 12 green onions cleaned and trimmed
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 3 packages Buddig beef or ham

Instructions

  • Cover the white part of the green onion in cream cheese.
  • Fold the beef, not quite, in half and place the cream cheese covered onion in the middle of the folded beef.
  • Put a dab of cream cheese on the corner of the beef, this will act as a kinda' glue to hold the meat in place.
  • Fold the beef over the cream cheese in a V-pattern.
  • Fold a second piece of beef, not quite, in half and place the green onion in the middle.
  • Put some cream cheese on the corners of the beef.
  • Fold the beef over the cream cheese in a V-pattern a little lower than the first piece of meat.
  • Place the Polish Roses in a vase of water to display and serve.
