3-Bean Mexican Salad

A cool and spicy bean salad, that compliments any Mexican dish.

Ingredients

  • 15 ounce can black beans drained & rinsed
  • 15 ounce can pinto beans drained & rinsed
  • 15 ounce can kidney beans drained & rinsed
  • 15 ounce can corn drained
  • 1/4 cup cilantro chopped
  • 1/2 cup red onion chopped
  • 2 cups Pace® Chunky Salsa

Instructions

  • Drain beans and corn, rinse with cold water. Mix beans and corn together in a medium sized bowl.
  • Add onions and cilantro to the beans and mix well.
  • Stir in Pace®[Chunky Salsa and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
