3-Bean Mexican Salad
A cool and spicy bean salad, that compliments any Mexican dish.

- 15 ounce can black beans drained & rinsed
- 15 ounce can pinto beans drained & rinsed
- 15 ounce can kidney beans drained & rinsed
- 15 ounce can corn drained
- 1/4 cup cilantro chopped
- 1/2 cup red onion chopped
- 2 cups Pace® Chunky Salsa
Drain beans and corn, rinse with cold water. Mix beans and corn together in a medium sized bowl.
Add onions and cilantro to the beans and mix well.
Stir in Pace®[Chunky Salsa and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
