Avocado Lime Dipping Sauce
A simple, creamy sauce that adds a layer of delicious flavor to so many dishes. It can be used on fish, chicken, over pasta, as a dip for chips and of course served with your favorite Mexican dishes.
Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- salt and pepper
- 1 lime
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
Instructions
- Dice the avocado and place in a mixing bowl.
- Season the avocados with salt and pepper. Using a fork, mash the avocados until smooth.
- Stir in the juice from one lime. Add sour cream and mix well.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve
