Garlic Edamame

Ingredients

  • 1 pound edamame frozen
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • Salt

Instructions

  • In a large skillet, heat oil over medium low heat then add garlic.
  • Continue cooking over low heat until the garlic starts to become translucent, stirring to avoid the garlic from sticking.
  • Turn the heat up to medium-high, add frozen pods and stir to coat the pods in the garlic oil.
  • Continue cooking for approximately 5-6 minutes, or until the pods are no longer frozen and starting to brown.
  • Remove from heat and sprinkle with salt.
