Air Fryer Kale Chips

Kale leaves that are cut into bite size pieces and lightly brushed with olive oil. They are tossed into an air fryer, cooked until they are extra crispy and then lightly salted! Serve as a nutritious snack or as a side dish!

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of kale
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer to 380°F for 2-3 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, toss the kale in the olive oil and salt, making sure that the leaves are well coated, but not saturated.
  • Place half of the kale into the air fryer, cook at 380°F for 5 minutes, shaking the basket every minute or so. Adjust seasoning to taste.
