Ingredients

  • 1 lb baby carrots
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 ½ tsp cumin
  • 2 tsp kosher salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • In a large bowl, combine carrots, oil, cumin and salt, toss to coat.
  • Spread carrots in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes or until tender, turning once while cooking.
