1cupsharp cheddar cheeseshredded

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a small bowl, beat the eggs. Stir in the ketchup, salt and pepper.
In a large bowl, add the ground beef, onion, cheese, crackers, and egg mixture. Work the ingredients together until well combined. Place in a loaf pan, top with ketchup (optional).
Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and let sit 5 minutes before serving.
