Instructions
Heat a skillet over medium heat.
While the pan is heating butter the outside of each piece of bread.
Place one slice of bread, butter side down, in the hot skillet. Place a slice of cheese on the bread, and top with a slice of bread, butter side up.
When the bread has browned, turn over and brown the other side.
