Baked BBQ Ribs

Mouth watering, fall-off-the-bone baked BBQ ribs.

Ingredients

  • 6 pounds St. Louis style ribs
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon hickory liquid smoke
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
  • 2 tablespoons onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons parsley flakes
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Drizzle oil to the front and back of the ribs.
  • Sprinkle on all the seasonings.
  • Drizzle the vinegar and liquid smoke.
  • Cover the ribs with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
  • Brush on your favorite BBQ sauce then turn the oven on broil.
  • Broil the ribs until you notice that the sauce has become sticky.
  • Remove the ribs from the oven and let it sit for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
