Baked BBQ Ribs

- 6 pounds St. Louis style ribs
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon hickory liquid smoke
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
- 2 tablespoons onion powder
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Drizzle oil to the front and back of the ribs.
Sprinkle on all the seasonings.
Drizzle the vinegar and liquid smoke.
Cover the ribs with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Brush on your favorite BBQ sauce then turn the oven on broil.
Broil the ribs until you notice that the sauce has become sticky.
Remove the ribs from the oven and let it sit for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
