Healthy & Simple Buttery Parmesan Zoodles
A simple and healthy side dish bursting with tons of garlic flavor.

Ingredients
2-3
medium sized zucchini
2
tablespoons
butter
2
cloves
garlic
minced
salt & pepper
1/3
cup
Parmesan cheese
grated
1
tablespoon
parsley

Instructions
Run the zucchini through the spiralizer. Remove moisture (*see notes)
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add garlic and cook until it turns golden, about 1-2 minutes.
Add the zucchini, salt & pepper, cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Remove from heat, sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese and parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
To remove moisture:
Place cut zucchini on a layer of paper towels and sprinkle with salt. Let the zucchini rest for a few minutes before cooking.
