Ingredients

  • 1 cup long grain white rice, rinsed
  • 1 cup cold water
  • dash salt

Instructions

  • Rinse rice until the water runs clear.
  • Add rice, water at salt to the pressure cooker. Choose the rice setting (12 minutes), followed by a natural release.
    Or, 3 minute high pressure with 10 minute natural release (jasmine rice).
