Lemon Shrimp Pasta

Buttery garlic shrimp with a light lemony flavor tossed together with perfectly cooked angel hair pasta and topped with freshly grated Parmesan cheese and lemon pepper. Serve with a side salad and garlic toast.

  • 8 ounces thin spaghetti noodles
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 8 ounces salad shrimp
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon pepper
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated


  • Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain.
  • In a large skillet, saute diced onions in melted butter for 2-3 minutes. Add minced garlic and shrimp and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  • Stir in the lemon juice, then add the pasta and toss to completely coat. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and lemon pepper before serving.
