Ingredients

self-rising flour
3/4
cup
Greek yogurt or sour cream
olive oil

Instructions
In a mixing bowl, stir together the flour and yogurt. *If the dough seems to be to dry add a little olive oil.
Form dough into 4 equal size balls. On a floured surface roll out into a flat circle.
Using a non-stick pan, over medium-high heat, fry bread for 2 minutes on each side or until it begins to form golden spots.

Make Your Own Self-Rising Flour:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
