Dump & Bake Microwave Cake

 This recipe uses only 3-ingredients, bakes in less than 10-minutes, is incredibly moist, and has an amazing texture.  There are so many delicious combinations that you can create; black forest, spicy apple, blueberry, the combinations are endless.

Ingredients

  • 1 cake mix
  • 1 can pie filling
  • 3 eggs

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, pie filling, and eggs. Mix with a fork or spoon. DO NOT use a mixer, it add to much air to the batter.
  • Pour batter into a 3-quart microwave safe bundt pan**, spread evenly.
  • Microwave on high for 9-12 minutes, or until a toothpick insert into the center comes out clean. Rotate every 3-minutes if the microwave doesn’t have a turntable.
  • Remove from microwave, and cover for 5-minutes. Turn out on to a cake plate to cool, frost if desifed, and serve.

**If you don't have a microwave-safe bundt pan, use a straight-sided microwave-safe dish with a sugar cone in the middle.
