Ingredients
- 12 hard-boiled eggs, coarsley chopped
- 2 stalks celery, minced
- 1 small onion, minced
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon coarse black pepper
- ½ cup mayonnaise
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, coarsely chop hard-boiled eggs.
- Gently stir in remaining ingredients, serve on bread or toast.
