Egg Salad Sandwich

Ingredients
- 12 hard-boiled eggs coarsley chopped
- 2 stalks celery diced
- 1 small onion diced
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon coarse black pepper
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 12 slices bread
Instructions
- Chop: Peel the eggs, then chop them into small pieces.
