Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies

Bakery Style Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies. These are the best cookies, hands down, they are pleasingly chewy and loaded with lots of chocolaty goodness.
  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, cornstarch and salt, set aside.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat together the butter, molasses, and brown sugar.
  4. Add the eggs and vanilla to the sugar mixture, beat until combined.
  5. Slowly and the dry ingredients to the sugar mixture, making sure not to over mix. Fold in chocolate chips.
  6. Scoop and place on a parchment lined cookie sheet, freeze for 4+ hours.
  7. Place frozen dough an inch apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes, rotating once.
  8. Remove from oven and let cooking cool on a cooling rack
Frozen dough can be kept for up to 2 months in an airtight container.
