Polish Roses

Ingredients
  • 12 green onions, cleaned and trimmed
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 3 packages Buddig beef or ham
Instructions
  1. Cover the white part of the green onion in cream cheese.
  2. Fold the beef, not quite, in half and place the cream cheese covered onion in the middle of the folded beef.
  3. Put a dab of cream cheese on the corner of the beef, this will act as a kinda' glue to hold the meat in place.
  4. Fold the beef over the cream cheese in a V-pattern.
  5. Fold a second piece of beef, not quite, in half and place the green onion in the middle.
  6. Put some cream cheese on the corners of the beef.
  7. Fold the beef over the cream cheese in a V-pattern a little lower than the first piece of meat.
  8. Place the Polish Roses in a vase of water to display and serve.
