  • 1 cup water
  • 5 tablespoons brown sugar, packed
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • ¼ cup cold water
  1. In a medium saucepan, over medium heat, combing water, sugar, soy sauce, honey, garlic and ginger.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the cornstarch and cold water.
  3. Add the cornstarch mixture to the pan, heat until it reaches desired thickness.
