  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • ¼ teaspoon dried thyme
  • 2 cups white rice
  • 3 cups water
  • 3 chicken bouillon cubs
  1. In a saucepan, melt butter. Add garlic and thyme, saute for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add rice, stirring to coat in butter,
  3. Slowly add water and bouillon, bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cover for 15-18 minutes or until rice is tender.
