Air Fryer Raspberry French Toast Pockets

  • 2 slices soft bread
  • 1 tablespoon raspberry jam
  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese, softened
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  1. Place a tablespoon of raspberry jam in the center of a piece of bread and a tablespoon of cream cheese in the center of another piece. Spread the jam and cream cheese, but not all the way to the edges.
  2. Place the jam and cream cheese slices together and seal using a sandwich sealer. *The sandwich sealer will remove the crusts while sealing the bread together.
  3. In a shallow dish, whisk together the egg and milk.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 380°F for 2 minutes.
  5. Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray. Dip sealed sandwich into egg mixture, place in air fryer and cook 5 minutes at 380°F, flip sandwich over and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
