Ingredients
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons white vinegar
  • ½ head cabbage, shredded
  • 1 carrot, shredded
  • salt and pepper
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sugar, lemon juice and vinegar.
  2. Add the cabbage and carrot and stir well to coast.
  3. Season with salt and pepper and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
