Watermelon-Mint Iced Tea

Iced Tea with a fruity twist and a hint of mint. The perfect summer beverage for those hot summer days.
  • 6 cups seedless watermelon, cubed
  • 6 cups water
  • 6 tea bags
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup mint leaves
  1. Puree watermelon, strain and refrigerate.
  2. In a medium saucepan bring water to a boil. Remove from heat and add tea bags. Let it steep for 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in sugar and mint, let cool and refrigerate.
  4. Remove mint and stir together the tea and watermelon puree.
  5. Serve over ice.
